Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdy88 ("the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing any section of bdy88, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdy88 platform.

These Terms apply to all use of bdy88, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all promotional activities. bdy88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

Eligibility

• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. bdy88 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account details.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable law, and must not act on behalf of any such prohibited person.

Account Registration and Security

To access bdy88's full range of games and betting markets you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. Your mobile number serves as the primary account identifier and is used for verification and password recovery.

• Provide a valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number that you own. This number is used for account verification, security alerts, and withdrawal processing.
• Choose a strong, unique password. Do not share it with any third party. bdy88 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• All activity from your account — including wagers, deposits, and bonus claims — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised each specific action.

bdy88 may temporarily suspend an account pending identity verification where there is reasonable basis to suspect misuse or breach of these Terms. Player data is handled in accordance with the bdy88 Privacy Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdy88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Any deposit made using fraudulent or stolen funds will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. bdy88 operates anti-money-laundering controls and cooperates with law enforcement where required.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdy88 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out below.

• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system — including using multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

bdy88 employs continuous fraud detection systems. Flagged accounts are subject to enhanced review and bdy88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on bdy88 — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of bdy88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bdy88 for personal entertainment only. Limitation of Liability

bdy88 is not responsible for telecommunications or internet failures, power outages, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that disrupt the platform. In the event of a technical error affecting a game or wager outcome, bdy88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's real-money wallet.

Privacy

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, bdy88 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process.
